PTA unable to stop illegal sim

PTA unable to stop sim illegal use and thousand's of sim's are use for illegal purpose yesterday i check that how many sim's are register with my name   when i check i shocked  when i see 8 sim's are registered with my name but i have just one sim's .i call 789 and tell but they refer me to visit help center when i go ufone franchise and ask him to check how many sims  are currently in use all the sims are in use i shocked again and ask him to block all of my sims
